To help cope with pandemic lock-downs, I set myself a few goals in 2020, including getting my teeth done. I lost 4 molars over the last 20 years & wanted to replace them. I’d put it off for years & didn’t know where to start. My dentist, Dr Susan Kiely at Fitzwilliam House Dental, took me through the process, describing the phases of the procedure, the timeline, and gave me a detailed cost breakdown. Susan and her team were brilliant. She explained everything so clearly, and allayed my concerns. She is such a highly skilled dentist, with a fabulous personal manner. I’ve always been a nervous patient in the dentist chair, but Susan never fails to put me at ease. It’s done wonders for my morale and self esteem to have a full mouth of teeth for the first time in 20 years! On my recommendation, my mum & 2 sisters have become her patients over the last 12 months, and they love Susan too!
